RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds are issued except on a case-by-case basis.

  • Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time, and the user will be allowed access to the platform until the end of their cycle date.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

  • We may issue a refund if the product is defective or damaged.

  • We may also issue a refund if the product is not as described.

  • To request a refund for a defective or damaged product, please contact us at [email protected] and provide us with a photo of the product.

  • To request a refund for a product that is not as described, please contact us at [email protected] and provide us with a description of the discrepancy.

Refund Process

  • Once we have received your request, we will review it and determine if a refund is warranted.

  • If a refund is warranted, we will process the refund and issue a credit to your original payment method.

  • The refund process may take up to 10 business days to complete.
